Metroguard Security Services,
incorporated in 1982, is Connecticut’s premier Full-Service,
State Licensed (AS-551) Security Agency offering Commercial
Security Services, Executive Protection, and Residential HouseWatch
services.
We are not a mass employer of security guards but instead
recruit, select, and train only those individuals whose background,
experience, and dedication to client security are proven and
paramount. Our highly-trained security force includes former
Military Police, former police from local, state and federal
branches of law enforcement as well as other security professionals.
Metroguard’s Commercial customers include numerous
banks, retail jewelry stores, office and municipal buildings,
chemical and industrial complexes and Federal Agencies.
Metroguard’s Residential Security officers provide
HouseWatch Services, Key-Holding and Alarm Response Investigations
in addition to House Checks for hundreds of Connecticut residences. |

Mr. Frank Harsche
As a graduate from the United States Merchant Marine Academy,
Mr. Harsche served as an Engineering Officer on numerous ships
of the United States Merchant Marine. As such, he was responsible
for the installation, maintenance, and operation of ship board
security equipment and the development of security procedures
for both passengers and crew. During a subsequent career as
a residential and commercial real estate developer/property
manager, Mr. Harsche became familiar with the integration
of security equipment, systems and personnel as a means for
achieving enhanced facility security. Serving as President
of Metroguard, Inc. Mr. Harsche managed the transition of
Metroguard from a small Alarm Response company to one of the
State of Connecticuts premier full-service Security
Agencies. Mr. Harsche is a member of the Connecticut Burglar
and Fire Alarm Association and the American Society of Industrial
Security. |

Mr. John Eastwood
Retired from the United States Navy he served as Head
of Security for the Key West, Fl. Naval Base Training
Center (UDT School) as well as a Military Police Official
in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. After leaving the Navy he joined
A-Copy, Inc. (now Icon Office Products) as Vice President,
Operations. Subsequently, Mr. Eastwood accepted a position
with Sharp Electronics Corporation, USA. He has held
such titles as; Corporate National Service Manager,
National Education Manager, National Customer Service
Manager, and Vice President, Internal Management Consultant.
Mr. Eastwood is currently Vice President of Metroguard
Security Services. |
